Pease's Candy offers the following Returns Policy:

Food Items can not be refunded. We can exchange the item for another of the same kind or price. We would like to have the receipt with the item if possible.

There can be exceptions to every rule. Our main concern is to make the customer happy. If it is something that we can do to fix the problem we will try to do so in order to maintain good customer relations.

Is there really a Pease family?

Absolutely, there is!  The Pease family has been in the candy business since the early nineteen hundreds and are now working on their fifth generation of candy-lovers.   In fact, "the" Mr. Pease, the granddad of Pease's Candy, actually invented the original candy thermometer, a model that is still in use by candy makers around the world today.

If I order today, how soon will my package be shipped?

We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours.  Orders placed during heavy volume periods such as immediately before a major holiday may take slightly longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is added based on the amount you are purchasing.  We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for all orders up to $20.00.   For every additional $20.00 you spend, just add $1 to the shipping cost.

Up to $20.00   =   $7.95 in shipping
$20.01 - $40.00   =  $8.95 in shipping

$40.01 - $60.00  =  $9.95 in shipping

$60.01 - $80.00  =  $10.05 in shipping

And so on…

For local delivery in the Springfield, IL  area, the delivery charge is $4.95.

Do you insulate your packages?

In most circumstances, insulation is not required.  We package your order carefully and we avoid shipping temperature-sensitive items such as chocolates during the warm summer months.   We urge our customers to take extra care when shipping gifts to warm destinations.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time.  

Do you take checks?

We do not take checks on-line at this time. 

Is your Ordering Process Secure?

Yes, we use the highest security protocols possible to protect our customers' personal and confidential information. 

I'm shipping a gift.  Can I enclose a card?

We're happy to enclose a gift card for you.  Simply fill out the gift tag field on your order form and we'll make sure your personal remarks are attached to your gift.

In fact, we'll even gift wrap your order to make it extra special for the recipient.   Just let us know during the order process what occasion you're celebrating and we'll take the extra time that's needed to wrap your package with the perfect paper at no extra charge. 

Can you customize an order for me?

We do our very best to accommodate special requests.  Just ask! 

Do you have Quantity Discounts?

Yes, we offer Quantiy Discounts. It is as follows: 

$300.00 - $600.00	10% Discount
$600.01 - $1000.00	15% Discount
Over $1000.01	20% Discount
